It's baffling to think about Darrel B. Nichols' case after all these years. One thing that stands out to me is the location where he was last seen. The hills around Park City are vast and rugged. Is it possible he got lost or injured in that terrain? I've read that a few search parties combed through the area back then, but given the limitations of the searches at that time, I wonder if there are parts of the hills that might have been overlooked. I hope the case gets fresh eyes or modern tech that might offer new insights. It's one of those mysteries that really makes you ask how someone can just vanish without a trace.
I was reading up on the Darrel B. Nichols case again, and it got me thinking about those hills surrounding Park City where he was last seen. I've been up there a few times myself, and it's easy to see how someone could get lost or worse if they weren't familiar with the terrain. Given the lack of evidence, could it be that something happened up there that day, like an accidental fall or even someone knowing those hills better than the rest? Sometimes I wonder if his friends from that day might remember something new after all these years. Maybe it's time to revisit their accounts and see if anything else comes to light—memory can be tricky, but you never know what might surface. What do you guys think, is it worth diving into those old interviews again, or are we just chasing shadows at this point?
