Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into Sandra Lee Hopler’s case from '73, and I can't stop thinking about how busy that Martz Trailways Bus Station in Scranton might have been back then. With so many people coming and going, I wonder if an eyewitness or someone remembers seeing her or anything unusual around the time she was there. It's often the small details that resurface years later that crack such cases wide open. It would be interesting to know if there were any detailed records of the bus routes or ticket sales that day. Could there have been any regular travelers or employees who might recall such an event? Even after all these years, someone somewhere might have a piece of the puzzle. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I've been following Sandra Lee Hopler's case for a while now, and I find myself focused on that Seiko watch she was wearing when she vanished. Back in the 70s, owning a Seiko was kind of a big deal, so I wonder if it could hold any clues. Has there been any mention over the years about her watch turning up somewhere? Seems like it could be an item someone might try to pawn or sell, especially given its value at the time. I can't help but think maybe there are physical items out there somewhere tied to this case that just haven't been connected yet. Thoughts?
Has anyone else looked into the bus schedule and ticket sales records from Martz Trailways around the time of Sandra's disappearance? Considering she told her roommate she was planning to head to NYC, could there have been a mix-up or change in her plans? Maybe someone saw her board a different bus or she got off somewhere unexpected. It feels like such data might have been overlooked if there were any anomalies reported by fellow passengers or staff. I know it's a long shot after all these years, but could there be any chance those records were preserved or someone on this forum has info on where to dig further? Any thoughts on what else could be looked into regarding the transit systems at the time could be a major help. Just trying to brainstorm from a different angle here.
