Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on May 12, 1977, the day Bernard Ross went missing? I know it seems like a minor detail, but sometimes weather can provide clues. If it was rainy or stormy, it might explain why there were fewer witnesses around. Plus, tough conditions could make someone disoriented if they were out in the woods or rural areas, like the ones around Ashland. I'd be curious to know if any searches back then took weather into account, especially if there were areas that might have been harder to access due to mud or flooding. It might be nothing, but just a thought in case revisiting these details could help in any way.
