Did anyone ever manage to find out why Cindy was in Oregon? It's so odd that she disappeared from a place so far from where her family was living. I wonder if she was visiting someone she knew, or if she had decided to travel there on her own for some reason. It's haunting to think she might have been in unfamiliar territory when she went missing. Grants Pass would have been a small community in 1977, so someone must have seen something, right? Understanding why she was there could be key to solving this mystery. Has anyone seen more details about that aspect of the case?
