I just can't stop thinking about the unsolved murder of Charles Gregory Markham. It's really upsetting how his life was cut short in such a violent manner over 19 years ago, and his family still doesn't have the closure they deserve. From what I've read, he also went by names like Charles Summers or Charlie Woo, probably to stay under the radar due to his history with gangs. This case seems really complex, especially since it was part of a wave of gang-related murders in Tulsa back then. One thing that's been nagging at me is the location where his body was found, 6100 N. Utica. Was this a common spot for gang activity, or is there something significant about it? If anyone here is local or has memories of Tulsa from that time, do you remember anything about that area in the early 2000s? It's frustrating that so much time has passed without justice being served. Keeping this thread active might help, and maybe someone who knows more will see it. Let's keep talking about Charles and hope for a development in the case. His story shouldn't be forgotten.

Hey everyone, I’ve been keeping up with the discussion on Charlie Woo’s murder, and I keep coming back to a point that's been bothering me. I read somewhere that several suspects were identified, but there’s hardly any detail on what connections they had to each other or to Charlie. Were they from rival gangs, or was there some deeper personal vendetta involved? Given Charlie's involvement in the gang scene, it's so frustrating that this case hasn't moved forward. I hope that someone who knows more about what was going on in Tulsa back then will finally speak up. It's just so sad to think that his family is still waiting for answers after all these years. I can't imagine the pain of such a prolonged wait for justice. Fingers crossed that new tips come in soon for Charlie's sake and everyone who cared about him. Stay safe, everyone.

Hey everyone, I've been reading through the discussions here, and something that keeps coming to mind is Charlie's connection to his family and how they must be feeling all these years later. I recently watched an interview with his sister from a few years back, and it was incredibly moving. Despite Charlie's past, it seems he was deeply loved and had people who genuinely cared about him. I can’t help but think about how their family must be holding up after all this time without answers or justice. It's one thing to lose a loved one, but to still be in the dark about what really happened must be incredibly difficult. If anyone has thoughts or wants to share more about Charlie's personal life or how his family has been coping, I think it could really humanize the case. We never know what small detail might help jog someone’s memory and bring about the missing piece of this puzzle. Keeping fingers crossed that one day soon, they’ll get the closure they deserve.
