I've been following the case of little Isjanna McKay James, and I can't stop thinking about her grandmother. It's nearly unimaginable to bear the responsibility for a child’s care after such a devastating tragedy. The strength and dedication she must have shown in tending to Isjanna’s constant medical needs day in and day out, knowing the person responsible was never brought to justice, feels so heavy. Does anyone have insights or local connections that might shed light on why there's been so little progress in finding the shooter? It seems like another instance where innocent victims suffer and the person accountable escapes the consequences. My heart goes out to this family who has endured so much with no closure. ?
