Does anyone else find it odd that Teresa left *everything* behind, including her car? It just doesn't add up if she was planning to leave intentionally. I mean, how would she get around? The most disturbing part to me is how some of her stuff was burned and dumped. If she had just decided to run away, why go through the effort of burning her belongings, only to leave them so close to where she was last seen? And then more of her stuff shows up in a different dumpster later. It seems like someone was really trying to make it look like she vanished of her own accord, but the inconsistencies are glaring. Makes you wonder if the arguments with her boyfriend might have spiraled into something more sinister. What’s up with Cliff Thompson? Does anyone know if he was ever investigated thoroughly back then? It’s been such a long time, but maybe revisiting this angle with today’s technology could uncover something new. Feel so much for her family who are still searching for answers after all these years.
Anyone else curious about the sequence of how Teresa's items were found in two separate dumpsters? It's odd, right? Articles of her clothing and personal effects first turned up behind a Payless ShoeSource, and a few days later, more items appeared in a different dumpster nearby. This could suggest that someone deliberately scattered her belongings. Maybe to mislead the investigation? Or to buy some time? Looking through the years, it's unfortunate this angle hasn't led to a breakthrough. If someone out there saw something during those days, even if it seemed insignificant, it could be crucial for piecing together what really happened. Thoughts?
I recently came across Teresa Faye Hammon's case, and one thing that caught my attention was the discovery of her personal items in multiple locations. It seems really bizarre to me that some of them were found partially burned. Who would go to such lengths and why? It's almost as if someone was trying to destroy evidence, but didn’t succeed completely.
I'm also curious about the areas around the dumpsters where her belongings were found. Did anyone see anything suspicious around that time? Were there any cameras in those locations back in 1981 that could have picked something up, even if it seems like a long shot now? Given the changing view from runaway to foul play, every small detail could matter. Has there been any analysis regarding these dump locations that might suggest they were chosen for a specific reason? Any insights from locals familiar with the area during that era would be invaluable.
