Has anyone else looked into the location where Phillip Wade Roberts' car was found? It's always seemed odd to me that his car was discovered in such a remote area like a pasture off Caney Creek Road. What would make him go there? I know people have speculated about foul play, but it almost seems like he might have driven there on his own for some reason. Maybe someone local to Grand Saline or Hawkins has insight on the area back in '82? Was it a common hangout spot, or a place where something shady could happen? There's just something about the location that doesn’t sit right with me. Any theories or local insight would be much appreciated!
