Reading about what happened to Tony Verner really makes me reflect on the deep-rooted issues in our communities. It's baffling to think that so many people were around, yet no one has come forward to help bring closure to his family. I'm curious, for those who might be familiar with the area around Chicken Hut in Tulsa—has there been any shift in attitudes towards the "no-snitch" mentality? I can't imagine the pain his family is going through, especially his sister and mother who have been so vocal. They deserve answers and peace. This is just such a tragic situation. If anyone has any insights or knows how folks around there are reacting, please share. Maybe there's hope that change is on the horizon and justice can finally be served for Tony.
