I've been following the Prashanth Goinaka case since it initially happened, and it’s so distressing to think about the fear and chaos he must have felt during those final moments. He was just trying to help a friend and make a life for himself here. What gets me every time is the sheer senselessness of the crime—he did everything they asked, and yet he still lost his life. I can’t imagine what his family back in India must be going through, not just grieving but also being so disconnected from where it happened. It’s some relief that they finally have identified someone all these years later, but with two suspects still out there, I can only hope justice is fully served. Does anyone know if the Oklahoma City community has done anything in memory of Prashanth since the breakthrough with Darrell Brown? It seems like his story needs to be shared more widely to keep the momentum in solving this.
