I just stumbled across this case and can't stop thinking about Frederick Derbigny and his loved ones. It's so difficult to wrap my head around how two teenagers, still kids themselves, ended up in such a tragic situation. The fact that they were charged within a short amount of time makes me wonder about the evidence police had on them. It's like one moment you're living your life, and the next, everything is torn apart. The rise in gun violence back then really sparks a lot of questions about what drives these young individuals to get involved in violent crimes. Sending my deepest sympathies to Frederick's family. I truly hope they find the justice and answers they deserve.
