I came across an old photo of the girls from a local newspaper archive, and it really struck me how young and hopeful they looked. It's baffling to think about how they just vanished without a trace. One thing that keeps coming to mind is the mention of them looking for jobs. Has anyone ever dug into local businesses or job listings from that time? Maybe someone remembers seeing them or has a record entry? I imagine it could be a long shot, given the time that has passed, but could there be any avenues there that were overlooked? Would love to hear any thoughts on this.
