I was digging through some old news articles and came across something from Rebecca Beard’s case that I hadn't noticed before. When they found her driver's license under the DJ booth at the Excalibur Club, all those years after she vanished, does anyone else think this could suggest she might have been there with someone she knew who had access behind the booth?
Given how strict clubs can be with restricted areas, maybe the person who had contact with her that night worked there or knew someone who did. Could this lead back to anyone who might have been associated with her or the club? I remember reading that she left that night, but I've always wondered if the DJ or anyone on staff was questioned thoroughly at that time.
It's so unsettling to think about how close those answers might have been, only for her disappearance to go unsolved for so long. With so little evidence, it makes me wonder if the real story of what happened might still be out there, waiting to be discovered within the people or places that were part of her last night out.
Does anyone else find it odd that Rebecca's driver's license was found under the DJ booth at the Excalibur Club nearly a decade after she disappeared? It's like it resurfaced out of nowhere once renovations began. I mean, was it just sitting there unnoticed all those years? And why under the DJ booth of all places? I wonder if the person who put it there wanted it to be found eventually or if it was just lost in the chaos of that night. This small detail keeps nagging at me! Anyone have theories on how it ended up there or why it was found only during renovations?
