Hey everyone, I’ve been doing a deep dive into the disappearance of Penelope Jo Milbourn, who vanished back in '88. Something I'm curious about is the Fields Landing area where she was last spotted. I've read that it's a bit remote and had a reputation for some shady activities during that time. Does anyone here remember what it was like back then, or have any insights into what might have been going on in that area? It seems like the kind of place that might hold clues or witnesses that were overlooked. Any locals from that era or true crime buffs with knowledge of those neighborhoods? Would love to hear what you remember or think. Let's keep discussing and see if we can piece together any more details!
