The unsolved murder of Willie Hernandez is such a haunting case. I keep thinking about how his family must feel not having answers after all these years. 2008 was a tough time in Fresno with crime rates spiking, and it feels like Willie's death could easily have gotten overshadowed. It's infuriating that, despite possible advances in forensic technology, there still hasn't been any progress. Fresno PD sure has their work cut out for them with so many open cold cases, but I really hope they can eventually crack this one. Here's to hoping someone out there remembers something that could help. If you have any details, please come forward. Willie's family deserves to know why this happened.
