Does anyone else find it odd that Peterson's car was found so far from where he was last seen? That's quite a distance if he had no known reason to be heading in that direction. I mean, driving from 89th Avenue and Thomas Road to south of 91st Avenue and Baseline is not just around the corner. I've been looking at the maps, and it's puzzling me why he ended up there. It's mostly desert and pretty isolated, especially back in 1994. Was he meeting someone? Lost? Car trouble? If anyone remembers any events or gatherings in that area during that time, it might help us connect some dots. There has to be a reason he was out there.
