Has anyone else looked into the link between Loretta Tinkham's disappearance and the string of missing persons cases in Peoria during the 90s? It's perplexing how Loretta's case and others during that period all have similar eerie aspects, yet they remain unsolved due to lack of concrete evidence. I've been particularly curious about why these cases have such cold leads despite being in the same geographic region with other unsolved disappearances.
I've read claims about Arie Ray Davis, and while he denied involvement in Loretta's case, it's hard to ignore the possibility of a connection. However, without evidence, it feels like authorities are at a standstill. I wish more focus would be given to revisiting these old cases with any new forensic technologies we might have now. Surely advances in DNA testing or other investigative techniques could provide some fresh insights? Or perhaps there's someone out there with information who hasn't yet come forward.
Does anyone have thoughts or insights into possible patterns or why these cases weren't linked sooner? It's frustrating as a bystander to see so little progress. Would love to hear if anyone has any theories or angles I haven't considered.
Loretta's case is such a puzzling one. I always find it strange how some people are able to just vanish without a trace. I've read that she used the last names "Skeeter" or "York" at different times in her life. Do you think these aliases could offer any clues? Maybe there are people out there who knew her under those names and might have crucial information they don't even realize they have. It's wild how little details like that might lead to new insights. Has anyone else come across anything about why she used different last names? Could these have been more than just aliases—maybe some part of her life story we're missing?
