Looks like another case of they know who did it but they can't prove it. I wondert why it took a week for the family to report her missing....I figure I would be hyper aware of my family member especially if they had a mind of a 10 yr old. How very sad. Yet another person that 'slipped through the cracks'. The system is so broken. I wish there was a solid fix for this without stripping away a persons rights. Just sad.
