Hey everyone, I stumbled across Eugene Wiley's case, and it's been on my mind ever since. It's been over 40 years, and it’s staggering to think his family still doesn’t have the answers they deserve. I can’t even begin to imagine how tough it must be living with that uncertainty for so long. I was reading about the role that the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation plays in these cold cases. Does anyone here have insights into how effective their involvement usually is? Or maybe how they could be assisted more effectively?
