I was reading about John Mann's case from Philly and remembered something that's been bugging me. The halfway house he was staying at did it have a history of other people going missing or having incidents around that time? It's a stretch, I know, but sometimes these places aren't as monitored as they should be. Maybe someone out there knows former residents or workers who might recall something odd happening back in late '97? Just feels like looking into the environment where he was last seen might offer some missing context we've overlooked.
