I came across Dominic's case from 1998 while browsing through some old news articles and it just stuck with me. What puzzles me the most is the fact that his body was never recovered. Ocean Beach is known for its strong currents, but still, after so many years, not a single clue has surfaced. Is there anyone here familiar with the geography or currents at Ocean Beach? Could those conditions make it more likely for a body to be carried far out to sea and not wash back up? I'm also curious if there were any other incidents around the same time that could point to a retrieval issue or if it's just one of those tragic, unsolved mysteries. Keeping all victims in my thoughts tonight.
