I was reading about Donny Terry Jr.'s case, and it's so frustrating that his family still doesn't have answers after all these years. It's hard to imagine their pain. I noticed that this happened close to Witnesses saw his gold 1980 Buick Regal crash into a pole right after the shooting. I’m curious if there’s any existing footage from surveillance cameras around that area during that time frame? I know it was 1995, but maybe there were security cameras from nearby businesses that might have captured something. Even a partial glimpse could be significant, especially since it sounds like there were witnesses who tried to help Donny. If anyone has insight on how common security cameras were in that area back then, it'd be interesting to hear. Maybe someone knows people who lived or worked nearby? Anything to help refresh memories might lead to the information investigators need. Donny and his family deserve closure.

I’ve been following Donny Terry Jr.'s case for a while, and something that really stands out to me is how many people must have been in the area when it happened. Riverview Avenue isn’t exactly deserted, even at odd hours. So, it makes me wonder if there were more folks who saw or heard something and didn’t realize it was connected to the shooting. When he crashed into that pole, it seems like there would have been a lot of noise—a car crash combined with gunfire would’ve caught attention. I read that bystanders tried to help him, but I keep thinking about the people who might've been nearby or even passing by and saw or heard something they'd brushed off. Maybe they thought it was a tire backfiring or some other noise at the time. It’s frustrating that despite these witness accounts, the answers have remained out of reach for so long. Just putting it out there: if you were in the vicinity or heard from someone who was, even the slightest detail could mean a lot. It could fill in a gap or help connect the dots. Keeping Donny's loved ones in my thoughts, hoping they get the closure they need someday.

I’ve been reading up on the tragic case of Donny Terry Jr., and something about the crash scene keeps nagging at me. It’s so sad to hear he was alone in those moments, trying to communicate after being shot. I can’t imagine the fear he must have felt. It's been over two decades, and yet those witness accounts have brought us no closer to answers. It boggles my mind that even with people around, no one has stepped forward with definitive information. Do you think that someone might have seen more or heard something significant that night but is perhaps afraid to speak up? I really hope that by keeping this conversation going, someone will feel encouraged to share anything they might know. Bringing even a small piece of information to light could be what finally helps investigators put all the pieces together and give Donny’s loved ones the closure they deserve.
