I stumbled upon this case recently and it’s been on my mind ever since. John Guinn was found murdered in Dayton back in 1985, and it’s so unsettling to think about how it remains unsolved to this day. I can’t imagine the pain his family must carry, not knowing who did this or why. One thing I keep wondering about is the crime scene itself. Were there any unique elements or evidence left behind? Anything that might have been significant but overlooked at the time? Sometimes it’s those small, seemingly insignificant details that can crack a case wide open years later. I hope that by revisiting the details and keeping discussions like this going, someone, somewhere might remember something or finally feel compelled to come forward. It’s been too long without answers, and John and his family deserve to know the truth. If anyone remembers anything, no matter how small, it could really make a difference. Let’s keep hoping that justice is just around the corner.
