Has anyone else looked into the location where Walter Powell was found? From what I've pieced together, it seems like the area might have been less traveled or kind of secluded back in 1986. I'm wondering if this might have been a factor in why his murder remains unsolved for all these years. Could it mean there were fewer witnesses, or maybe the killer knew they wouldn’t be spotted easily? I can't help but think that someone familiar with the area might have had an easier time escaping unnoticed. My heart goes out to Walter's friends and family—I hope they find some answers soon. If anyone has local history knowledge or insights about that part of Dayton during the '80s, it could be really helpful to explore this aspect a bit more.
