Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into the case of Marvin Swackhammer from 1987 and something that's been on my mind is the location aspect. 2447 W. Broad Street in Columbus isn't exactly remote—it's a well-trafficked area even back in the 80s. I find it really puzzling that nobody saw or heard anything the day Marvin was killed. Could it have been someone who knew how to avoid drawing attention, perhaps familiar with the neighborhood's routines? Maybe a local passerby noticed something unusual but dismissed it at the time. It's sad to think that a little piece of observed but unreported information could be crucial. If you lived or spent time near that area back then and recall any odd events or people, no matter how small, it might just help to piece things together. This could be a vital time to revisit old memories for Marvin’s loved ones, who deserve answers after all these years.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been digging into some old cases and came across the unsolved murder of Marvin Swackhammer from 1987. Something that's been bothering me is the location of his home on W. Broad Street. Given its proximity to other residences and businesses, I wonder if there might have been people around who saw something unusual that day but didn’t think to connect it to the case. Maybe someone saw a suspicious vehicle or an unfamiliar person lurking around?
I can’t imagine how Marvin’s family has felt all these years without answers. If anyone happened to be in the area back then, even if it seems insignificant now, it might be worth sharing with authorities. Every bit of information could matter.
Sending thoughts to Marvin’s loved ones. I really hope they get the closure they deserve one day.
