Has anyone taken a close look at that surveillance video from the Pennsylvania Turnpike? It seems odd that there hasn't been more focus on identifying the driver. I know the footage is from 1999, so the quality probably isn't the best, but you'd think it could provide some clues. Given technology's evolution, perhaps a reexamination using modern techniques might yield something new. Was anyone near that exit around that time or seen a similar vehicle? Even minor details could help build a clearer picture of what happened during those crucial hours. Just thinking out loud here, but it feels like this could be a piece of the puzzle that's been overlooked.
