I've been following the Freeman-Bible case for a while now, and I can't help but keep coming back to the timeline. The fact that the fire destroyed most of the evidence makes it even more challenging to piece everything together. But what's really puzzling me is how quickly the scene was ruled accidental at first. I mean, given the background of Danny Freeman's issues with the local police, you'd think foul play would have been a more immediate consideration. Does anyone else think that if the initial response had been handled differently, maybe more evidence could have been preserved? I know it's all hindsight now, but it's just something that's been bugging me. On the flip side, I've read that some members of the force did express early suspicions, but their voices might have been drowned out. Just so frustrating that we might never have all the answers, though I remain hopeful that one day we'll learn what really happened to Ashley and Lauria.
