Hey everyone,
I've been digging into some old cases around Ohio, and I came across the tragic story of Duane Edward Moorehead Jr. It's puzzling how his murder has gone unsolved for so long. I was wondering if anyone else finds the lack of suspects odd? It's hard to wrap my head around the idea that no solid leads ever surfaced back then—especially since Dayton isn't exactly a small town.
From what I've read, it sounds like the initial investigation might have hit a dead end pretty fast. It really makes me think about the witnesses. Perhaps someone saw something but was too scared to come forward? Or maybe there was a detail that seemed insignificant at the time but could be crucial now.
Given the advancements in forensic technology, I wonder if there's any chance new techniques could shed light on something missed earlier. This case has haunted the community and Duane's family long enough.
If anyone has any insights or theories, I'd love to hear them. It's tough knowing a family's still waiting for answers after all these years.
Stay safe, everyone.
