Has anyone looked into possible sightings of Ms. Ruth Sims at bus stations or other public transportation hubs? Since she might be confused due to her Alzheimer's, it seems possible she could have wandered into such places without realizing. I know it's been a long time, but sometimes people don't remember seeing someone until much later, especially if the person looks like they're just passing through or waiting for a ride. It'd be worth checking any security footage that might still exist from around that time. Also, does anyone know if local shelters or aid centers were contacted back then? She could have been taken in temporarily. Keeping my fingers crossed for any leads.
