Has anyone looked into the local hospitals in Las Vegas around the time Manuel was last seen in August 2003? Given that there's a mention he might need medical attention, maybe checking with hospitals or clinics for any records could provide some leads. Sometimes people might check in without identification, especially if they’re in distress or confused. Just a thought—I hope it could help in some way.
Hey everyone, I was doing some digging into Manuel's disappearance and came across something intriguing. There were reports that he might have headed to Las Vegas back in 2003. I'm curious if anyone has looked into any connections he might have had there? We've all seen cases where people head to areas where they feel they'll blend in or where they might know someone, either for safety or other reasons.
