Hey everyone, I'm really puzzled by Gary Dale Finck's disappearance, and there's something that sticks out to me. Does anyone think there's any significance to the timing of his walk? I mean, he had recently moved to Estacada after his mom passed away, and a walk might have been pretty normal for him to clear his mind or cope. Given his routine with public transportation and visiting places like the sheltered workshop, it's interesting that he just decided to head out on foot. I wonder if he had a specific destination in mind or if it was more of a spur-of-the-moment decision? Plus, considering he was seen reportedly in good health after February 2004, there's a chance he managed to navigate somewhere using his bus pass. Does anyone have thoughts on whether his background might influence where he'd choose to go, or if his usual routes and habits could provide more clues? Hoping some fresh eyes might see something we've all missed. Let me know what you think!

I’ve been following the Gary Finck case for a while now, and something I find particularly puzzling is his disappearance shortly after relocating. Moving to a new place can be overwhelming for anyone, let alone someone with unique challenges like Gary faced. Could the shift from Tigard to Estacada have disoriented him, especially so soon after losing his mom? It might also be worth exploring if he tried to head back towards somewhere familiar, perhaps using public transportation like he often did before. Does anyone know if bus drivers in the area were questioned back then for any sightings? It seems odd that no trace turned up even though he felt comfortable using buses. Thoughts?
