Hey everyone, I've been following Elizabeth Anderson's case and wondering about the role that the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) plays in keeping cases like hers in the public eye. It's almost been 30 years, and I can't even begin to imagine the pain her family has gone through all this time. I've read that BCI features certain cases periodically. How effective do you all think these kinds of strategies are in generating new leads? Does anyone have examples where such efforts actually led to a breakthrough? It would be incredible if the attention helped solve even one of them, especially for Elizabeth's family. Keeping hope alive for Anderson's loved ones and the community must be so important. Would love to hear everybody's thoughts and any similar case stories.
