Does anyone else find it odd how there were no witnesses or any security footage from nearby businesses capturing what happened to Victor Harmon? It’s like the incident occurred in a bubble, totally isolated, which doesn’t make much sense given the location. Garden Street isn’t exactly deserted, so it troubles me that there weren’t any passersby or cameras that caught the murderer on that day.
Still, perhaps back in 1992, local businesses didn’t invest much in CCTV? Either way, it’s puzzling and frustrating. I get how technology and security resources have improved since then, but it feels like such a big piece of the puzzle is missing because of this. Hopefully, someone with any piece of info—even if it seems minor—can come forward to help. Every little bit can be huge for Victor’s family and for bringing justice to this senseless act. Thoughts?
Has anyone else been struck by the fact that Victor Harmon was killed in broad daylight during what should have been a normal lunch break? I can't imagine the shock and devastation his family must have felt upon hearing the news. It seems so surreal that he was simply sitting in his car, on a street where anyone could have seen something.
I've been thinking a lot about what might have been happening on 1122 Garden Street that day. It just bothers me that no one has stepped forward with any leads or tips, given the time and place of the crime. Surely someone must have seen or heard something unusual?
For all the pain and loss Victor's family has gone through, I really hope this cold case initiative helps spark a memory or encourages someone to finally speak up. It must be incredibly difficult for them to be waiting all these years without answers. If anyone remembers anything, even the smallest detail, I sincerely hope they will come forward to help piece together what happened.
