I recently came across the case of Lorenzo Fincher, and it’s been weighing on my mind. It's truly distressing to think that Lorenzo’s family and friends have been without answers for nearly 30 years. From what I've read, Lorenzo was found with a gunshot wound to the head back in 1995, right in Columbus, but there’s been so little progress in finding out who’s responsible. I can't help but wonder about the lack of physical evidence at the scene. Was the area canvassed thoroughly at the time? It makes me think about all the advances in forensic science over the years; is there any hope of revisiting the physical evidence with today’s technology? I'm really hoping someone out there knows something, even if it's a small piece of information that could shed some light on what happened that night. It just seems so important that his family and everyone who cared for him get the answers they deserve. If anyone has heard more about recent efforts from BCI or the Columbus PD, please share. Keep Lorenzo in your thoughts, and let's hope for some breakthroughs soon.
