It's been over two decades since Andre Gibbs was taken from his family and friends in such a senseless act of violence. I keep thinking about the neighborhood on Brenthell Avenue where it happened. It's hard to believe that no one heard or saw something that night that could help police solve this case. A lot can change over the years, but people who lived in that area might remember hearing something unusual, or talking to Andre in the days leading up to April 2, 1996. Sometimes the smallest memories can lead to big breakthroughs in these cold cases. My heart truly goes out to Andre's loved ones, who have had to endure all these years without answers. Maybe now more people will step forward with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem. It's never too late to do the right thing and help bring justice and peace to Andre and his family. Please, if anyone out there knows anything, contact the authorities. Let's hope that by keeping this conversation alive, we can help bring Andre's story to a just end.
