Has anyone else noticed how little information we have about the area where Michael was last seen? The intersection of Wheeler and McDonald Streets in Detroit isn't exactly bustling, especially during a snowstorm. I've been trying to piece together if there were any eyewitnesses or people in the vicinity, but it's like searching for a needle in a haystack. For those familiar with the area back in 2007 – what kind of neighborhood was it, and would there have been businesses or homes nearby that might have had security cameras? I know it's a long shot, given the time that's passed, but sometimes those little details can make a world of difference in these cases. If anyone has any insights or local knowledge, it could be super helpful for all of us trying to piece together what happened to Michael that night.
Could someone shed some light on the intersection of Wheeler and McDonald Streets in Detroit? I've been trying to piece together why Michael Curtis Hawley might have been dropped off there, specifically given the snowstorm that night. Was it a busy area, or more secluded? Was there somewhere he might have been heading, or someone he was planning to meet? Seems odd that his girlfriend's dad would drop him off there right after an argument. Maybe locals could chime in on what the vibe was like around there in 2007. Could it have been a friendly drop-off, or was there something more ominous going on? Any insight would be appreciated. ?❄️ If only those streets could talk!
