Has anyone looked into environmental factors from the time Daniel disappeared? I read about sudden changes in water currents in the Calcasieu River area around the time of May due to seasonal weather. It's a stretch, but could this have been a contributing factor to his vanishing without a trace? If the river currents unexpectedly changed, it's possible that the search efforts might have missed crucial locations downstream or further out than initially thought. Just a thought—there might be overlooked aspects about the river conditions back then that could be revisited. Anyone else know more about river conditions in the area?
