Hey everyone, I've been diving into Ray Tubbs' case lately and something that's been on my mind is the role of the local community back in 1996. I wonder how much interaction or tension there was in the neighborhood around 841 Wehrman at Fredonia at the time. What’s challenging is imagining how different things were back then with communication and the ability for communities to spread word-of-mouth information. Sometimes, in cases like these, it's those little seemingly inconsequential interactions or observations that can make a world of difference. If anyone here is from Cincinnati or has connections there, it'd be insightful to hear if there were any local rumors or specific community dynamics near that area during that time. It feels like every bit counts when it comes to getting closer to justice for Ray and offering his family some peace. Also, if anyone has ideas on how we can better mobilize communities for these long-cold cases, I'd love to hear them. Thanks for reading!
