Hey all, I was reading about Ricky Laverne Bethea's case and something just doesn't sit right with me. How is it possible that someone could just vanish into thin air, especially considering he was with someone else when he was last seen? It really makes me wonder about the other resident who walked with him into the woods. Did they part ways at some point, or could they know more than they're admitting? Folks who are familiar with the area around Hudson Road and NC 62, could it be possible that Ricky got disoriented and wandered into a part of the woods that's not regularly searched? I'm not from the area, but isn't it strange that the tracking dogs couldn't pick up any scent? Also, does anyone have any insight into Corbett's Family Care Home? I hate to assume, but considering Ricky required regular medication for schizophrenia, could there have been any oversight in ensuring he was stable and comfortable in those ten days before he went missing? Would love to hear what you all think!
