Hi everyone. I've been following Devan Duniver's case for a while now, and something about the potential suspects really makes my skin crawl. The fact that Lori's ex-boyfriend had kidnapped Devan before is deeply disturbing, yet it seems like there's not much focus on him. It's hard to wrap my head around why this wasn't pursued more thoroughly. Given his past actions, you'd think he'd be a primary focus, but maybe there’s more behind the scenes that we don’t know.
I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for Devan's family, knowing that the person responsible could still be out there somewhere. It's unfair, and it feels like someone is slipping through the cracks. Does anyone have more information on any recent developments or know if investigators have circled back to these earlier suspects lately? Hoping for justice and answers for Devan and her loved ones.
Hi everyone,
I've been following the case of Devan Duniver and something that's really been bothering me is how quickly investigators zeroed in on Anthony Harris. It's understandable that they were under immense pressure to solve the case, especially with such a young victim and the entire community on edge. But the fact that they allegedly coerced a confession from a 12-year-old is deeply troubling. What made them so certain back then that he was involved?
Given that his conviction was overturned, shouldn't there be a deeper dive into other potential suspects? Especially with people like Lori's ex-boyfriend, who had a history with Devan, or even the convicted child molester who lived nearby? It feels like crucial avenues weren't fully explored. I genuinely hope justice is served for Devan and her family. This little girl deserved so much better, and her story is a stark reminder of how critical thorough and unbiased investigations are in these tragic situations.
Would love to hear others' thoughts on this. Is there any new information or leads that have come up over the years that I'm missing out on?

I've been revisiting the Duniver case and the thought that keeps nagging me is the possibility that Devan's body was moved. I can't shake the idea that if a thorough search was conducted initially and nothing was found, then how does that change what we think happened? Could it be that her actual murder took place somewhere else and the wooded area was just a grim facade to divert attention? I feel like examining where she was discovered might provide clues that might have been overlooked—possibly tire tracks, disturbed foliage, or any sign of recent activity that wasn't there during the initial search.
And thinking about Lori's ex-boyfriend who had kidnapped Devan before—it really raises some tough questions. I can't imagine the turmoil for Devan's family, with so many unanswered questions. It's hard to process that with such a tight-knit community, someone might know something and remains silent. If only someone would speak up, it might help find who did this to Devan once and for all.
What are your thoughts on the significance of the body possibly being moved? Do you think it changes the timeline or understanding of the events leading up to that tragic day?
