Has anyone looked into whether Elder Cafe had any security cameras or if there were businesses nearby that might have captured some footage that day? I can't help but think there could be some overlooked CCTV evidence out there. It was 1999, so I know it’s a stretch, but maybe someone has a tape that’s been sitting in storage all this time. It might provide some clues, or even a lead, to help piece together the timeline of what happened to Robert Bolden that tragic day. Just thinking of his family and hoping more awareness can finally bring them some answers. If anyone has contacts or tips about the area back then, maybe they could help shine a light on what went on outside that cafe.
I’ve been thinking about Robert Bolden’s case and the horrifying events that unfolded at the Elder Cafe. I can’t help but wonder about the suspect who threatened him, left, and yet came back to commit such a violent act. It makes me believe there must have been a significant motive or prior encounter between them. Has anyone heard if they had any known connection or altercations before that day? It haunts me to think that nobody’s come forward with concrete information all these years. His family deserves answers and closure.
