Does anyone think it's possible that Samuel and Oscar Garcia-Calles might have ended up in a completely different community, maybe through some informal network or organization? Considering their journey had them traversing several states, and maybe even heading for Mexico, I wonder if they found temporary refuge somewhere along the way. There’s a mention of a male companion—could this person have been a trusted individual or someone they met during their travels? It seems like there’s a lot more to unravel about who this companion could have been and their role in the brothers’ disappearance. If they did reach out to a community or stayed under the radar, it might explain why there haven’t been many leads. Thoughts?
