I've been reading more about the Tyler Thomas case, and one particular aspect keeps nagging at me. The fact that she managed to send a final text message to her friend despite being intoxicated and possibly lost in the freezing cold kind of says a lot about her state of mind. It makes me wonder what else she might have tried to communicate to her friends if things hadn't gone more wrong. It's such a shame that no more clues came from her phone records, assuming they looked into that thoroughly. Despite all we've heard about Joshua Keadle's incriminating stories and actions, I still wish there was more concrete evidence that could lead them to find Tyler. It must be so difficult for her family to not have any closure even after his conviction. Anyone else frustrated by this aspect too?
I was reading up on Tyler Thomas's case again, and something just doesn’t sit right with me about Joshua Keadle's conflicting statements. Initially, he denied being with her that night, but then he changed his story to say they were together and she accused him of something serious. Why would someone change their story like that unless they knew they’d be found out? Also, the tire tracks and drag marks by the Missouri River are just chilling. It's hard not to think that there’s more to uncover here, especially considering no physical evidence of Tyler has been found. It seems so strange that in such a crucial investigation, he would give conflicting accounts unless he was trying to cover his tracks. Curious to hear what others think about this part of the case. Do you believe there’s more that could come out, or is Keadle's conviction where it ends?
I've been diving deep into Tyler Thomas's case and came across something that doesn't seem to get much attention—how intense it must've been for her friends who started searching within hours of her disappearance. I can't even imagine the panic and dread they felt realizing that Tyler might be in serious trouble, especially after that cryptic last text about being unsure of her location. It makes you wonder how crucial those first few hours were, given the freezing temperatures and the fact she wasn't dressed for the cold. Her friends seem to have acted quickly, but it must be so haunting to know they were probably some of the last people who were in contact with her before things went completely silent. Does anyone have more insights on how the initial search unfolded? I've only found bits and pieces about that night, but it feels like there could be more to learn from their immediate actions.
