I've been following the Rodney Earl Smith Jr. case and can't shake the feeling that there's something more to the location of the shooting. Anthony Wayne seems like such an unusual spot for something like this to occur. Does anyone know if that area has a history of incidents or if it's known for anything particular? It just seems so out of place, and I wonder if Rodney was targeted there for a reason. My heart goes out to his family—nobody should have to go through such a senseless tragedy.
