I've been digging into Myrtle's disappearance, and something that's been nagging at me is the timing of her last call. She spoke to her brother around November 1, 1978, but has anyone considered what might have been going on in her life around then that she might have hinted at? It feels like small details around those last conversations can sometimes hold a clue. Was her brother ever interviewed about the specifics of that call? Did Myrtle mention any plans or people she might be meeting? Trying to piece together even the most mundane parts of her life during those days might give us a lead. Thoughts on where we should look for more context from that time?
