I came across the cold case of Dontay L. Mahan recently, and I can't stop thinking about how young he was when his life was cut short. July 6, 2004, must have been devastating for his family and friends. I wonder if there were any witnesses who might come forward now that so many years have passed. Sometimes people hold back what they know for various reasons, but time can change perspectives. If anyone has even the slightest bit of information, it could mean so much not just to Dontay’s loved ones but to all those affected by unsolved cases like his. Let's hope that by spreading the word, we can somehow contribute to moving this investigation forward. My thoughts go out to everyone who knew Dontay and continues to seek justice for him.
