Having followed Carl Watson's case for a while now, I've been thinking a lot about the location where it happened. 1122 Elm Street… something about an older gentleman living alone in that apartment just raises many questions for me. How safe was the area back in 2004? Was there any history of similar incidents in that neighborhood? It's hard to understand how something like this could happen without anyone seeing or hearing anything suspicious. It just seems impossible. I really hope someone who lived nearby comes forward with even the smallest bit of information. It's been far too long without answers, and Carl’s family deserves to know what happened to their loved one.
