I've been thinking a lot about Derrick Pearson recently and I just can't shake this one detail that's been bothering me. Does anyone know if any businesses or street cameras in the East 5th Avenue area were checked for footage from that time? I know it was 2005, so camera tech wasn't as widespread or advanced as it is now, but there still might have been something. Even if some footage exists, it could hold crucial clues about what happened that night. Derrick’s family deserves answers, and maybe going back through any video evidence, no matter how old, could open new leads. Rest in peace, Derrick. My thoughts are with his loved ones, and I really hope we see this case solved one day.

Hey everyone, I've been following the Derrick Pearson case for a while, and something that's been on my mind is what was going on in that area at the time. East 5th Avenue is a pretty busy spot in Columbus, right? I wonder if any businesses nearby had security cameras or if there were any witnesses in the area that just haven't come forward yet. It's frustrating to think there might be clues out there that just haven't been pieced together. I can't imagine what Derrick's family has been going through all these years with no answers. It's just not right. I really hope someone who knows something finally steps up. It's been too long, and Derrick deserves justice. If anyone has any insights or thoughts on this angle, I'd love to hear them. Stay safe, everyone.
