I was just thinking about the tragic case of Jeff Brandel and his dog and how it's still unsolved after all these years. One thing that's been bothering me is the location. Why Geneva Avenue? It seems so random, considering Jeff was from Monroe. I'm curious if anyone else has thoughts on whether there was a reason for him being there that night. Was he meeting someone, or was it just by chance that he ended up in Residence Park? It’s just so sad to think about his family still waiting for justice and answers all these years later, living with the uncertainty of what really happened that night. Let’s keep sharing his story and hope someone out there has the information that can finally bring them closure.
