I've been following Sheila Norvell's case for a while now, and something that always stands out to me is her role in the local community. It seems like she was a truly dedicated individual, especially in her work with the Montgomery County Board of Mental Retardation. I'm wondering if anyone else here knows more about the kind of projects she was involved in or the impact she might have had there? It's clear from the stories shared by those who knew her that she positively influenced many lives, which makes her loss even more devastating. I can't shake the feeling that someone out there has more pieces to this puzzle but hasn’t come forward yet. For anyone who was close or maybe a coworker of Sheila's, please do consider speaking up if you recall anything that seemed out of the ordinary or if she mentioned any concerns or issues leading up to that fateful day. The smallest detail could make a huge difference. My heart goes out to her family and friends—I hope they find the answers they deserve one day.
